Stenographer Grade C 230

  • Candidates who have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India are eligible to apply. As part of the selection process, transcription is required with a time limit of 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi.
Stenographer Grade D 1360

  • Candidates who have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India are eligible to apply. The transcription test duration is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.

चरण (Step) विवरण (Description)
चरण 1: आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर पहुंचें (Access Official Website) ssc.gov.in पर जाएं और होमपेज पर 'उत्तर कुंजी' या 'Answer Key' टैब पर क्लिक करें। 'स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड C & D 2025' लिंक चुनें। (Visit ssc.gov.in and click on the 'Answer Key' tab on the homepage. Select the 'Stenographer Grade C & D 2025' link.)
चरण 2: लॉगिन विवरण दर्ज करें (Enter Login Details) पंजीकरण संख्या (Registration Number) और जन्म तिथि (Date of Birth) या पासवर्ड दर्ज करें। यदि आवश्यक हो, तो कैप्चा कोड भरें। (Enter your registration number and date of birth or password. Fill captcha code if required.)
चरण 3: उत्तर कुंजी और रिस्पॉन्स शीट डाउनलोड करें (Download Answer Key and Response Sheet) 'सबमिट' बटन दबाएं, प्राविधिक उत्तर कुंजी और आपके उत्तरों की रिस्पॉन्स शीट PDF में डाउनलोड हो जाएगी। (Click 'Submit', and the provisional answer key along with your response sheet will download as PDF.)
चरण 4: अंकों की गणना करें (Calculate Scores) उत्तर कुंजी से अपने उत्तरों की तुलना करें। सही उत्तर के लिए +1 अंक, गलत के लिए -0.25 अंक घटाएं। कुल स्कोर निकालें। (Compare your responses with the answer key. Add +1 for correct answers and deduct -0.25 for incorrect ones. Calculate total score.)
चरण 5: आपत्ति दर्ज करें (Raise Objection) यदि कोई प्रश्न गलत लगे, तो 'आपत्ति दर्ज करें' लिंक पर क्लिक करें, प्रश्न संख्या चुनें, कारण बताएं और ₹50 प्रति आपत्ति का शुल्क जमा करें। अंतिम तिथि (25 अगस्त 2025, शाम 6 बजे तक) का पालन करें। (If any question seems incorrect, click 'Raise Objection', select question number, explain reason, and pay ₹50 per objection. Adhere to deadline (up to 25 August 2025, 6:00 PM).)
चरण 6: फाइनल उत्तर कुंजी की प्रतीक्षा करें (Wait for Final Answer Key) आपत्तियों की समीक्षा के बाद फाइनल उत्तर कुंजी जारी होगी, जिसके आधार पर परिणाम तैयार होगा। रिस्पॉन्स शीट 25 अगस्त 2025 के बाद उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। (After objection review, the final answer key will be released, based on which results will be prepared. Response sheet unavailable after 25 August 2025.)
