1. Written Examination:
   
   
   
   • Candidates must appear for a written test divided into two papers:
     
     
     
     • Paper-I: Covers General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Mental and Logical Ability, English Language, Punjabi Language, and Digital Literacy (100 marks, 3 hours).
     
     
     • Paper-II: Focuses on Punjabi Language skills (50 marks, 1 hour).
     
     
     
     
   
   
   • Candidates who qualify in the written exam proceed to the next stage.

     • PST: Assesses candidates’ physical fitness through activities like running, long jump, or high jump, as per the norms set by Punjab Police.
     
     
     • PMT: Involves measuring candidates’ height, chest (for male candidates), and other physical standards to ensure they meet the required criteria.
     
     
     • The PST/PMT is scheduled to begin on 07/10/2025.

2. PST/PMT प्रवेश पत्र कैसे डाउनलोड करें?

• उम्मीदवार आधिकारिक पंजाब पुलिस भर्ती वेबसाइट पर जाकर अपने पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।


• सुनिश्चित करें कि आप आधिकारिक पोर्टल से ही डाउनलोड करें।

3. PST/PMT प्रवेश पत्र में कौन-सी जानकारी होगी?

• प्रवेश पत्र में उम्मीदवार का नाम, रोल नंबर, PST/PMT की तारीख, समय, स्थान और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश शामिल होंगे।


• डाउनलोड करने के बाद सभी विवरणों की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करें।

4. PST और PMT क्या हैं?

• PST (Physical Standard Test): इसमें शारीरिक फिटनेस की जांच होती है, जैसे दौड़, लंबी कूद या ऊंची कूद, जो पंजाब पुलिस के मानकों के अनुसार होती है।
